In modern world there are a few people who may view at organizational management especially educational administration with a mechanical vision. Particularly, in recent decades, ther factors such as consciousness, thinking and freedom have been increasingly emphasized in educational systems. Despite the progressive trend of science, no attention has been drawn to philosophical basics of these theories and their formation. Educational administration is a young science and needs to be supported philosophically. In this direction, this paper will study Taylorism anthropology basis as the first scientific theory of mangement and criticize its consequences in educational administration. The findings of this study show that according to this theory man is looked to as a material creature that should be controlled continuously. Human resources are assumed to be equal to industrial resources and human, based on this theory, is logical-economical man who is considered as a unit for analyzing the management in the organization. According to this trend, educational administraion enjoy reasonable-legal authority for managing schools and there is an intensive centralization in the methods of controlling teachers and students and the role of manners as the factors for controlling human behaviors fall to a minimum.
