تربیت اخلاقی کودک به‌مثابه پدیده‌ای زمینه‌مند: بازخوانی‌ جامعه‌شناختی–انتقادی

چکیده
در دهه‌های اخیر، بازاندیشی در تربیت اخلاقی کودک با تمرکز بر رویکردهای میان‌رشته‌ای به یکی از محورهای مهم در فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت بدل شده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف تأملی انتقادی بر امکانی تازه برای بازسازی تربیت اخلاقی، از رهگذر تلفیق فلسفه اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا و جامعه‌شناسی انتقادی، کوشیده است زمینه‌ای برای بازاندیشی مفهومی و کاربستی در این عرصه فراهم آورد. مسأله اصلی این پژوهش آن است که چگونه می‌توان از پیوند مفهومی میان اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا و مقوله‌های بنیادینی چون «نابرابری»، «عدالت» و «سرمایه» در جامعه شناسی، چارچوبی انتقادی برای تربیت اخلاقی کودکان در بافت مدرسه‌ای و اجتماعی امروز فراهم ساخت. از منظر روش‌شناختی، این مقاله مبتنی بر تحلیل مفهومی و رویکردی فلسفی-تفسیری است که در آن مفاهیم اخلاقی و جامعه‌شناختی در گفت‌وگویی دیالکتیکی مورد بازخوانی قرار می‌گیرند.
یافته‌های اصلی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تفسیر میان‌رشته‌ای از اخلاق فضیلت‌گرا، با تکیه بر پویایی‌های اجتماعی و ساختارهای نابرابر در جامعه شناسی انتقادی، می‌تواند تربیت اخلاقی را از وضعیت انتزاعی و فردگرایانه به سوی درکی زمینه‌مند، انضمامی و نقادانه سوق دهد. بر این اساس، تربیت اخلاقی نه صرفاً فرآیندی فردی، بلکه شکلی از پرورش اخلاقی درون میدان‌های اجتماعی است که با توجه به سرمایه‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی متعلمان شکل می‌گیرد. نتیجه آنکه تقویت نگرش میان‌رشته‌ای در مباحث تربیت اخلاقی، زمینه‌ساز توسعه‌ی رویکردی انتقادی و تحول‌آفرین در سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی خواهد بود.
