The purpose of the present research, was to investigate the motivational manipulation effects on brain processing speed of BIS/BAS people. Indeed, main's goal of this research was to avail supportive data for congruency effects on learning in Gray model, in comparison with Eysenck model. Participants were 63 students, including 35 BAS and 28 BIS, availabity selected from tabriz city universities. Three stages motivational manipulation, including neutral, negative, and positive conditions carry out in one session. In each stages, choice reaction time(RT) was measured, as dependent variable. By using MANOVA, analyzed research results. These results reveald that brain processing speed enhanced for BAS people in positive, and BIS people in negative manipulation. These results have support to Gray model.
