مبانی و اصول اخلاق اسلامی: ارتباط معلم با دانش آموزان

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی مبانی و اصول اخلاق اسلامی در ارتباط معلم با دانش آموزان می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش پژوهش تحلیلی- استنتاجی بهره گرفته شد. بر پایه نتایج به دست آمده، نخست هشت اصل اخلاقی مربوط به ارتباط معلم با دانش آموزان از متون دینی و تربیتی اسلام استنتاج شدند. این اصول عبارتند از: صداقت و درستکاری، تواضع و فروتنی، آسیب نرساندن، عفّت پیشگی و پاک‌دامنی، تکریم دانش آموزان، عدالت و انصاف، وفاداری به تعهدات حرفه ای و احسان و نیکوکاری. سپس قواعد اخلاقی مربوط به هر یک از این اصول از متون معتبر اسلامی و آثار اخلاقی و تربیتی سایر اندیشمندان استنتاج شدند.
