چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، واکاوی اشکال خلاقیت دانشگاهی و بسط مدل دانشگاه خلاق بوده است. برای دست‌یابی به این هدف از دو روش مرور نظام‌مند و بسط مفهومی بهره گرفته شد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که طبق دیدگاه بارنت (2020) ایده خلاقیت دست‌کم در پنج سطح از دانشگاه مؤثر است و تنها زمانی به‌طور کامل محقق می‌شود که هر پنج سطح تحقق یابد. این پنج سطح عبارت‌اند از: خلاقیت فکری، خلاقیت پداگوژیکی، خلاقیت یادگیری، خلاقیت محیطی و خلاقیت تأملی. در این پژوهش علاوه بر تبیین سطوح پنج‌گانه دانشگاه خلاق، برای هر یک از سطوح ابعاد و راهبردهایی نیز تعیین شده است. ابعاد، اشاره به حوزه‌هایی دارند که سطوح خلاقیت دانشگاهی در آن‌ها نمود پیدا می‌کنند. راهبردها نیز اقدامات اثربخش در شکل‌گیری خلاقیت در هر یک از ابعاد و سطوح هستند.
