چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، فهم تطور مفهومي مديريت آموزشي از مجراي کنکاش در مقاله هاي اين حوزه  بوده­است. برای دستیابی به هدف مذکور از روش تحليل استنادي[1]  بهره گرفته شده­است.  در اين راستا، تعداد 9385 مدرک نمايه­شده در «وب او ساينس» طي سال‌های 2015-1900 ميلادي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار «هيست سايت» مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.  يافته های به دست آمده حاکی از شناسایی چهار اقلیم دانش با عنوان های «رهبري آموزشي و عملکرد مدرسه»، «سنتزپژوهي مطالعات اثربخشي مدارس»، «رهبري توزيعي» و «مفاهيم مرتبط با سازمان آموزشي» می‌باشد. در پايان، ضمن بحث در مورد علل شکل گيري اقليم هاي مذکور، پيشنهادهايي براي بهبود وضعيت مديريت آموزشي در داخل کشور ارائه شده است.
