The main aim of the current research is to explain the Education System Development by a Systematic Approach. Development in this view has been studied using a combinational process analytical process, namely: Entropic in Systems (entropy and neg-entropy) and Fuzzy Developing. From a systematic perspective, the phenomenon of entropic "entropy and neg-entropy" or changing rule in the systems is a general rule in which cause the system to be continuously in balance. The education system development in the "entropic fuzzy" used to be a result of the gradually changes on a mathematical based-model system. The results of this new perspective to the development suggests that to survey and to analysis of the education system by means of a fuzzy entropic process can be a very adaptive model and it cause to increase our precise and to define all undefined variables as a part of the.
