Survey of class behavior among Ferdowsi University's academic staff and a study of its effectivenesss based on the theory of tree dimensional leadership effectiveness. A questionire contaning 36 questions on academic staff class behavior was distributed among a sample of students of different faculties and shools. Findings show that there is a significant relation between the class behavior and being effective. It was found that Ferdowsi academic members' class behavior is mostly relation-orin ted style.
