The purpose of this narrative qualitative study is narrates the teachers and educators understand of the role of philosophy of education in evolution of their educational performance when they graduated in philosophy of education. For this reason, 12 teachers and educators selected. Based on semi interview, narrative interview and critical autobiographical reports the information gathered. The results include two main narratives, a sad and a good episode. With considering this, the paper has presented a few recommendations for both of teachers and philosophers of education. Participating in schools and live thinking about educational issues and practical problems, is the pathological suggestion to philosophers who want to understand educational issues from faraway namely the office in university. Philosophizing, researching and writing about their owned work are also the suggestions to teachers and educators until these two groups can enhance and improve educational practice. With explain of those two main narratives, the research based on a pathological viewpoint, has showed why they should accept these suggestions and obligate to them.
