This study was aimed to investigate the relationships of personality dimensions with student’s General Health dimensions. 370 undergraduate students, filled NEO personality inventory(NEO-FFI), and General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-28). Statistical methods including Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation coefficient and stepwise Regression was used to analyzing data. Results of correlational analyses showed that, both Extraversion and Conscientiousness have positive relation with General Health. There was also a significant negative relation between Neuroticism and General Health dimensions. Openness had a significant negative relation with Somatic disorder and Social functional disorder, but there was no significant correlation between Agreeableness and General Health dimensions. According to results of t-test, there was no significant differences in magnitude of personality and General health dimensions of students. But the results of ANOVA showed significant differences between personality and General health dimensions in different Majors of students. Finally the results of regression analyze showed that only three of five personality dimensions(Neuroticism, Extraversion and Agreeableness) could predict %50 of General Health's variance.
