The central concern of the journal of foundations of education is philosophical orientations in education. This journal is a venue where philosophers of education engage in controversial issues in educational theory, policy, and practice. Articles from other educational disciplines with a focus on theoretical and critical approaches to education are also welcome. The Journal of Foundations of Education also aims to promote greater exchange between educational theorists, practitioners, and policymakers and sharing recent trends in education and higher education including technology-mediated education, ecological and anti-ecological education, Glocal education, Geophilosophical Education, and the like, across academics and society.
