سفری به جهان مدیریت آموزشی: در جستجوی روایتی ورای روایت‌ها

چکیده
هدف اصلی این مطالعه، مروری نظام‌مند بر مطالعات مروری مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی در مناطق مختلف جهان (آسیا، اروپا، آمریکا و آفریقا) می­باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش پژوهش اسنادی از نوع مرور نظام­مند بهره گرفته شد. در نتیجه جستجو، شناسایی و پالایش مطالعات صورت گرفته در پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی گوگل‌اسکالر، اسکوپوس، اریک و وب‌آوساینس و در ایران از پایگاه­های بانک اطلاعات علمی  و علوم انسانی به دلیل پوشش گسترده و جامع اسناد، 68 پژوهش مروری به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به روش تحلیل تفسیری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از پراکندگی و تنوع موضوعات مورد مطالعه با تاکید بر رهبری و الگوهای آن، اثربخشی و بهبود مدرسه، آموزش‌عالی، منابع انسانی، رفتار سازمانی، ویژگی­ها و شایستگی‌های مدیران مدارس، تغییر سازمانی، آموزش و توسعه رهبری می­باشد. نتایج بر غلبه روش­های پژوهش کمّی و اقبال پژوهشگران از الگوهای نظری غربی برای هدایت مطالعات تجربی و توجه اندک به مطالعات زیست بوم دارد. بررسی این وضعیت در مناطق جغرافیایی مختلف جهان ناظر بر گرفتاری مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی در نوعی امپرالیسم علمی است. نقشه جهانی پایگاه دانش این حوزه، نقاط خالی را نشان می­دهد که بر توزیع نامتوازن دانش رسمی و  بین­المللی در جوامع مختلف دلالت دارد. این نتیجه در مورد ایران نیز حاکی از سهم اندک آن در تولید دانش مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی در مقیاس جهانی است.
