الگوی رشد یکپارچه در تعلیم و تربیت افراد آسیب دیده شنوایی

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه الگویی بدیل برای توانمندسازی افراد آسیب دیده شنوایی (آ.د.ش) در مواجهه با چالش ها و مشکلات اجتماعی است، به نحوی که امکان خوداتکایی در زندگی فردی و مشارکت معنادار آنان را در فرایند توسعه پایدار جوامع میسر سازد. برای این منظور، نخست پیامدهای ناشی از آسیب-شنوایی (آ.ش) با استفاده از دیدگاه صاحبنظران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس با تاکید بر بینش مبتنی بر رویکرد «تحولی، تفاوت های فردی مبتنی بر ارتباط (DIR)»، مواضعی برای امکان به فعلیت در آوردن ظرفیت های افراد جامعه هدف و رفع دشواری های آنان تحت عنوان "الگوی رشد یکپارچه" هدف گیری شد. الگوی پیشنهادی با این استدلال همراه شده است که آسیب در حس شنوایی الزاماً نمی تواند محدود کننده حد رشد فرد باشد، بلکه به عنوان نقص در یکی از مبادی ورودی اطلاعات، مسیر دستیابی به رشد را متفاوت می کند.
